Loved this resistance ban!. I've been using this resistance band for a month and found no signs of wear and tear, still looks as new.Rubber quality is also goodI got the heaviest variant of it, for deadlift and strength training for arms. Really tough to pull which goes on to display the quality and strength of the material.Gripping is a bit difficult due to the width of the band which is approx 6.5 cm. Better to get a cushioned external handle or you can just get used to it.
