Product is good but the delivery agent who came with the product was not well mannered as he came to deliver the product inspite of pressing calling bell of my house, he started shouting my name and another disappointing behavior was that he didn't have Rs 50 change, how could one have the exact amount of the price of product. Please don't send that person again to deliver the product or else please remind him to be ready with sufficient change as required.

I specifically ordered this bottle because of the pump as shown in the image by the seller but here I got a lid cover. There must be some kind of intimation to the customer if it's not available. You can't just show something and give something else. Though the sanitizer seems good as all himalaya sanitizers are, I can't tell if this one is authentic or mixed because the bottle has no seal whatsoever and it can be easily opened and adulterated by anyone.
