I tried this as something I recently discovered on Amazon, I must say this is really awesome. Instead of spending wasteful money on shipping on water in hand wash, Godrej has converted it into a powder form. Please note: Pour the water first and then powder, else it won't mix well

Not harsh on hands. Easily washable. Hence bad chemicals of Handwash are not left on your hand. Good for health. Very cheap price and easy to prepare. Smells good. Does not wash hard stains on hand like grease etc. That's not a negative point I would say. Rather it's good. Harsh Handwash is not needed for regular use. Residue left on your hand and enters your stomach. So bad for health.
