I can not understand why this refill liquid does not give out good foam as done with the bottle, even when the bottle used is that of the same company ( Dettol ). I have just changed the bottle now using an empty bottle of Bath & Body Works ( USA ). Still not happy and trying to figure out the issue !

I bought this handwash thinking of the normal handwash. And the first time when I opened the packet,half of it fell on the floor because of it's watery nature. I felt cheated that time but later( as i have already used foaming handwash) I realised these handwash(foaming) requires a different dispenser other than the normal dispensers. It should be mentioned somewhere in the product description so that customer don't think they have been fooled.

This handwash is quite liquidy compared to other handwashes. Maybe it works the same as others but I would prefer thicker ones.
