I have been using Bath & Body Works Foaming Handwash for sometime. So comparing this one to them, the foam is thick enough. The dispenser is good quality. Scent is a little overpowering for me. I like mild scent. Can't comment on the Germ action since we can only trust on what is written here, the packet mentions 10x germ cleaning action than other handwashes. A big Pro is this doesn't seem to extract the moisture from skin like liquid handwash. Overall, a good purchase. Hoping to find refills easily.
