Its the worst foot pad ever. I have been using it for over a week now and my foot pad turns gooyey black daily. Have not experienced so with other foot pads. They generally lighten after each use. This pad also makes the foot sticky and black plus do not use a light bedsheet while using. It will surely ruin it. The powder is hard. 2 of my packets were probably expired aand were already black instead of white.
