I had a severe hair fall and the water supply at my house is bore water and its a hard water.So, after going through the reviews I decided to buy Avimee herbal water softener and tried it continously for 2-3 months.I added 02 cap full in the small bucket of water and mix it for 10 secs to make the water soft.The scent is good. packaging is also okay.But haven't seen any difference on the hair or skin.I have tried many avimee products ranging from their shakuntala hair cleanser, spray and oil but some how it doesn't suited me or gave me the result like others. I dont know whats true, their reviews or my experience.However never going to buy anything again from this brand.If you are looking for a water softner I would suggest just fix the filter in the tap from Water science.That worked great..
