I've been using Z-Block for the past 3-4 years. It's been working well, but my melasma is getting worse so I decided to look for an alternate sunscreen for home use.I bought this directly from the Lotus Organics website. The ingredients sound so good and I was looking forward to using this as my primary sunscreen even.I tried it as soon as I received it and was horrified to see a ghastly white cast that wouldn’t go off even after 2 hours. Plus it left powdery flakes all over my face making it look as if my face was peeling, and my face felt horribly sweaty as soon as I applied it. I was hugely disappointed.Edit:I read up online and found that some sunscreens spread better when you use a moisturiser first. I tried that and it does work. Plus I’m taking care to apply the sunscreen bit by bit instead of applying it all over at once. This approach works much better for me and the white cast is now barely visible. Phew! The sweaty feeling still persists all day but I guess it can’t be helped.I’m keen to see whether the white peony lightens my melisma so I’ll stick with it I’ll update the review after I’m through with this tube.

Had high hopes of this product but disappointed. What they mean by brightening is that it will give a horrible white cast. Also the texture is very difficult to work as it dries up quick so leaves patches of this white paste like cream. And left with a sweaty and tacky feeling throughout.
