I have recently purchased it and used it just once...I have a very oily scalp and it resulted in hair loss and itching scalp...it has controlled extra sebum pilation in the very first use...thus the itching in the scalp has stopped...I would use it once a week before shampoo...but you must use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner after using this scalp scrubber...
