The overall ordering experience was ok because I expected some delays since the product is an import. It was great that they kept me informed at each step of the delivery process. The downside is not being informed of the custom charges incurred before hand so I can either pay the charges before delivery or be prepared to pay the charges when they deliver. The product is awesome because I have been using it for 2 weeks now and I can already see a difference in the appearance of my skin :)
