The bottle cap was loose but wrapped with a sticky tape that took me sometime to take it off from the bottle and the left over some sticky parts on the bottle which obviously doesn’t looks good thought this bottle is very premium looking product.Requesting to the seller kindly do not put the tape on it or find some alternative or some other tape which can easily taken off.This isn’t the first time I am buying this face wash so I know it is an amazing product for your skin and a daily use product.
