It sure does have the cooling menthol effect just like any other garnier product that I have used. But after application and pat drying the face, it leaves the skin extremely dry. Thus it is not suitable for winters. It sure does say " For very oily skin", I am not sure how much oily the skin can become for an individual. Thus it is not suitable for anyone. I recommend buying the somewhat more expensive ones cause they do not Overly dry the face and also keep it moisturized and respect the natural oil balance of the skin.

It is a good product. I feel fresh after using it . But remember it is oil control wash so it is not good for you if you have dry skin like me. It is something you need if you have oily skin or normal skin but I wouldn’t recommend it if you have dry skin

The product is definitely very nice but the bottle neck was cracked and there was some amount of leakage. Probably due to misshandling by the delivery agent. Rest is ok.
