I bought this brought 4th time.. but 2nd time from amazon and this time i received a fake product first of all packaging is different second it is not that dark and sticky as it was before... it doesnt remove my facial hair.. its a very good product but should check before buying whether its a genuine or fake product.. although amazon has returned my money back. This is a good thing of amazon.

If you have pimple and dry skin. Don't use this product because it makes ur skin more dryer and ur skin does not feel soft fr atleast 2 days.. Because for dry skin ppl this charchaol peel off mask peal ur moisture whch left on ur skin and make ur skin dull. This is my experience. But for my aunty the result was Wow she has normal skin and applied ths mask... Ths mask works amazingly on her.

I basically wanted to try this product for white heads removal. After applying it, i could see and feel very nice, soft and supple skin and fragrance is mind blowing. So thumbs up for this. But regarding white heads removal it did not do the exact job, area prone to white heads remain same with nominal difference. But overall this is a good product.
