It has tiny glitter particles in it so it does give a light glowy look. But for some reason the gold one also comes out as pink after applying. Doesn't really works as a primer but you can mix it with your matte foundation to give it a dewy look. Also the makeup doesn't really stay on the face for too long. It is pretty average.
