It doesn't give any "illumination" you can find glitter particles in it and after applying the you won't find any difference! And if you applied foundation on top then it's of no use and as the shine or illumination is so less that foundation covers it all! I'll be probably using it as a body glow cream! With just one or two specs of glitter shining here or there... And it's not even buildable! Pathetic product! Worst quality
