It will not give full coverage in single layer....But if you use 2-3 layers then may be effective on dark circles and dark spots....But you have light spots... Then you can go for it... It will give to flawless finish

the shade match was immaculate, i've never found a concealer that matched me THIS well. it's really full coverage, you'll only need one tiny dot under your eyes AND it doesn't look cakey at all. a must buy ?
