It is not smudge proof, It is WATER RESISTANT and not WATER PROOF, and it is not long lasting but inspite of all this it is a GOOD EYE LINER . I will tell you why,"1) It is bufget friendly2) The product is of great quality - i have had times when the liner went in my eye but dint hurt.3) The brush tip is pricise which lets you experiment and also get a sharp tipped wing.4) The black shade is not too opaque.5) It is great for first timers, - i learnt applying eye liner with this .6) The quantity - my God!! liners 5 times its cost offer only 2.5 - 3 ml. but this little bottle will last you for long time.7) Good for your eye lids, Because it is not water proof so it comes of easily which means you won't haveto scrub your eyelids which causes wrinkles.So, all in all i might not wear it to a party, wedding or date but i definitely wear it everyday at home.
