Advantages

I was sent a 'similar' product to what I actually ordered and called and asked for a refund. It took a while with very little communication but eventually they sent the correct product and I was happy with that. They also let me keep the incorrect one they first sent.

Disadvantages

I am very angry because I did not receive the product I ordered. Also, the product was not the same as the one I ordered. And there were also taxes to pay in addition to the delivery costs. I want a refund
