I brought this and coupled it with exercise; It helped reduce my PCOC acne to a larger extent. I was able to see the change. You can use it generously, mine has lasted me more 8 months and continuing. Usually, salicylic creams give you a lot of dry skin, however it keeps your skin moisturized with cucumber extracts ( I can smell it)
