Coconut oil has been used in Ayurveda for centuries for its vata pacifying and cooling properties. An excellent moisturizer it is known to help improve the condition of skin suffering from dryness psoriasis dermatitis and eczema. The southern Indian state of Kerala produces some of the best quality coconuts and is named after the coconut tree; Kera¢ meaning Coconut tree and Alam¢ meaning land Land of Coconut Trees¢.Saponified coconut oil shea butter and oatmeal form the base of all our handmade bathing bars to ensure that they produce a soft and gentle lather. The oatmeal offers mild exfoliation to slough away dead skin cells and leave skin perfectly hydrated. Flower nut and seed infusions fused with organic aloe vera leaf juice is then blended in this base and hand-poured into traditional soap moulds. The soap is then cured for a minimum of two weeks before it is cut trimmed and packaged by hand.

What do you expect when you buy a 100gms soap for R's. 320... Quality and expecting what is written on box is right. They say it's a 100 gms soap but it's 89gms.. Also, the quality now is not same as my last buy was. How can we trust ingredients list in the box when even weight was not correct. Totally disappointed.. This was my last purchase.

Edit after using it for a week-This soap does wonders on dry skin. Excellent soap for people suffering from skin issues. Highly recommended. Worth every penny.Old review -Inspite of having natural products and oil, it dries skin. I paid 375 just to the assumptions that it has Shea butter and coconut oil and it won't leave my skin dry. But my face is still dry.

The soap bought from Just Herbs website smells heavenly, doesn't dry my skin. It's the first soap among which I had used in past of which I can't think of any negative point. However, twice I bought it from Amazon, it is exactly the opposite. I wonder how can it be so different from the ones i bought from JH website.

If you have problematic sensitive, oily, acne prone rashy itchy skin which gets inflamed or breaks out on using dove, Dettol and the like, you can give this a try.Mild coconutty fragnance which doesn't stay on the skin post bath, cleans the skin thoroughly without causing problems, people with normal skin can give it a miss. Only if you have troubling skin problems, try this...it is better than most.
