These days I cannot really imagine periods without tampons. Especially without Sirona Heavy Flow tampons. The messiness of periods has just vanished!! These thick tampons are actually useful for the first 2 to 3 days. After that, you may use normal flow tampons or pads. And since these are designed to handle the heavy flows, it doesn't even leak a single time during the heaviest flow days. Sometimes I don't even remember I'm having my periods. Loving it!!

These r one of the worst tampons i have ever used i dont recommend buying these on my day 2 i got so irritated by these that i had to switch to sanitary napkins these tampons gave me a rash and the absorbency was so bad i ended up throwing the rest of tampons thats how rubbish this product was.
