The product claims to hold heavy flow but does not even last for few hours and starts to leak. Absorbing capacity is very low. Do not recommend it.Also it’s so thick that it’s uncomfortable to use. Ob brand tampons are much better.

I have been using it for the past 3months and its super comfortable...i started using this after trying menstrual cup which i had pain while using it and started using tampons which made periods more easier for me..i would highly recommend this but if u r not sexually active u may feel a bit pain while removing it but it is quite bearable according to me.

The only other brand of tampons I’ve used is that of ob-pro comfort, compared to which this ones a tough job while inserting as it feels too dry and rough. Other than that absorbs well and feels comfortable.

Absolute waste of a product. I bought it thinking this company makes Sirona silicon cups for periods as well which I bought to help save the environment. (Have reviewed the product on Amazon-nit good). These heavy flow tampons, I bought them when I couldn’t get an early delivery of OB Comfort tampons which I usually use. They arrived early and here are the main observations: 1) It just leaks when the flow is heavy. It leaks within 3hrs, you’ll have to keep changing the tampons. The worst part is the tampons aren’t fully soaked before they leak. The soaking capacity is as bad as of cotton balls. It just begins to drip heavily making all your clothes soaked. 2) it is dry and rough to touch- it hurts when inserting and since you have to insert 3-4 tampons in heavy flow days, it just hurts. The touch is same as that of cotton balls. 3) packaging is even worse- the dotted line is supposed to tear off and the two halves of the plastic wrap should come off easily. But instead, when you are already feeling weak on your heavy flow days, you have to struggle so much to take the cellophane wrap type of plastic cover off the tampon. It is stuck there, won’t come out easily, makes me super angry ?? Everything about this product is just bad. There isn’t a single thing on which it works well.

It made rashes in vagina. It's plastic covering is hard to remove . I can't use it because of pain of rash, even though it absorbs lots of blood
