I was experiencing heavy flow. Used the heavy flow tampons and they leaked every 2 hours. Not gonna change my tampon every 2 hour, evenwhen at home. These are the worst tampons. Dont buy these, they are a waste of money.

Edited after using two cycles Good.lasted some time more than my pad.easy to use.even virgins should go for it,don't worry it won't loose your lady parts,you may feel discomfort or pain but after 1st cycle you may feel comfortable in next one. It’s says it’s for medium flow, but I hardly think so. I could only use it during my last days of periods. All the girls with medium flow out there, maybe you should go for the Sirona heavy flow tampons (not tried, yet). Otherwise, the packaging, and usage is very much *go to*. Feels so environment friendly and organic. Definitely going to try the heavy flow one next.
