This is a product that's more of a convenience than value for money. (Maybe a bit of gimmick? But I wouldn't call that until I am sure whether there's any absorption benefit that this medium of intake provides). It has good taste and very convenient to use. But there are a lot of alternatives available in the market that offer far higher quantity of biotin per serving which make them a lot more value for money as compared to this. It would have been better and easier to justify this if the quantity was higher or the product was cheaper.
