1- Packaging - Decent packaging, comes in black plastic box which is durable. (8out of 10) 2- Inside soap- As I opened the lid i found small eyebrow size hair stuck inside the soap, called Amazon shared picture, got refunded and got soap for free. So quality assurance of pink wolf sucks. (3out of 10) 3- Scent- The scent is very much similar to paan if you had eaten, it is refreshing and makes you feel good. If you like pann like smell you will feel like heaven , there is no Oudh smell, as agarwood(oudh) is very very expensive and it is illegal to grow it in wild comes under cites and wildlife protection act of 1972, so just a marketting gimmick. But definitely pann like smell. I love it. ( 8.5 out of 10) 4- Slickness- Good sleekness , no razor burns, no Knicks cut. (9 out of 10) 5- Herbal quantity- Almost herbal, and vegan ( i guess) (9 out of 10) 6- Lather- Use a decent quality brush, dip it in water for 6-8 mins, add few droplets of water on soap, swirl brush in soap just 7-8 times, bus that's it you will have lather for 4 passes. I don't know why people are saying no lather or less lather, either they are newbies in wet shaving, or have low quality brush or need a brain transplant.. So lather wise great product. (10 on 10). Would i recommend- Ahmmmm yeah not bad wrt price. Will I buy it again- Maybe, will give trigodon a shot.. Total number out of 10- 8.9 For newbies and professional yeah just go for it, it's worth to buy.. I used following products with this soap- Hajamat sycthe razor ( gunmetal finish) Gillette willkinson sword( India made) Bombay shaving brush.. Soap ofcourse - oudh and sandalwood by pink wolf

The lather and smell is the best shave quality definitely increases with the soap. With decent brush and with high quality brush lather making is best way i.e.don't use cheap bursh. After shave fragrance is the best feeling,but makes skin dry so keep that in mind,but overall definitely good product worth the money.

I have used it for over a month now. When I open its cover everyday morning, a scintillating scent fills up in nostrils, feels good. Gently rubbing a wet brush for about a minute creates enough foam and leather for smooth application and great shave. Even after washing the face, a residual freshness remains on the skin. An excellent product. Only downside is that it is already over priced, and day by day the seller is increasing the price. I bought it for the first time at 499, then at 529, and now it is 539. Where is it going? Soon, it may be beyond my pocket, it seems.

Having used Shaving creams, Gels and Foams .. this was a pleasant surprise. I ordered it just for a change since I started using DE blades after almost 20 yrs .. I was truly surprised with the quality of product. The superb scent and the little amount of soap required to generate foam.. it seems this soap may last long .. also the overall packaging of product is so nice that it can be used as a gift to friends and elders who are into wet shaving .. thanks to Amazon for bringing this to consumeres and the Manufacturers for making such a good product locally..

Exceptional performance and experience. Saying this after a couple of shaves. This is my first shaving soap, I can't believe switching from normal shaving creams to a soap makes such good positive change. The shave was smooth, slick and fragrant. I primarily use a Pearl ss01 De razor. I believe who's will perform as well cartridge type razors too. I didn't have the need to use an after shave balm, this was surprising! The fragrance is pure oudh and sandalwood. Oudh has a high note and sandalwood is mellow. Moreover this is GMP certified, I bet you can't see this even from established companies like gillette or godrej. Overall a great product! I'm sticking to this ??

The shaving soap comes in a good, solid plastic jar, with a screw-down cover. The scent, when opened, is refreshingly pleasant. It does, however, take a skill to whip up a lather from the soap (note: this is NOT because the soap is faulty, but, because most of us are used to getting instant lather from gels/creams that come out of a tube). Once the brush is lathered, the texture of the lather is rich, and creamy. The scent is subtle, so, do not expect a striking scent as you shave. Overall, good value for money, and a nice product. A trifle overpriced, though.

I had ordered oceanic blue but received the sandalwood. There is no return policy too. So deducting one star. But the product is really good. Lathers well and a strong sandalwood smell.
