Long term user of this facewash but the new formulation is not good.Now have to use twice the facewash but still it leaves face oily and who wants fruity smell in their face wash.Please bring back old formulation simple and effective

This is just not the right product for anyone with an oily skin. Though they claim to have many natural ingredients, it just reacts in a bad way with the skin. My skin is very oily and I thought this would be a good option but it was pathetic. My skin felt tingly and weird after I used it and I started getting more pimples. No it wasnt my diet as I did not change it and also have been exercising regularly this product is just bad and I do not recommend it. I have used products like Garnier, clean and clear, himalaya etc., Which consists way more chemicals than this face wash but my skin never reacted this way. I would suggest you to not waste your money. I have been using mamaearths charcoal facewash for some months and thought this would surpass it, which it didnt.

I don't know if it happen to only me or to other people as well, it might be a mistake but this clearly shows the manufacturers aren't doing a great job, there's a baby cockroach inside the face wash, I used it once and my face started itching so i check for information and notice a baby cockroach inside the product I was absolutely disgusted, I don't recommend this product at all
