I bought the cologne scent and it is useless. The product looks fine but the purpose is defeated as there is absolutely no aroma of the scent. I’m trying to work this out by putting in cotton wicks dipped in other scents/cologne that I have.

Perfume and design of the product is very cool but when I tried to replace scent after removing the magnetic lead. All tiny magnets popped out and now not allowing me to close the lid.

The product design, concept and packaging is very good. But the best part is the customer service.The package had the end cap missing. I was not ready to exchange or return it, since the prodct was really nice. I called up their cuatomer service. (number on the box), told them about the missing part. They dispatched it immediately. And lo and behold i was surprised to find the missing part as well as one more diffuser in the box.Its very rare to find companies which are 'customer first'. I am very proud to have purchased a Made in India product with world class staff at work.Thank you
