Help in sound sleep. It'll be more helpful if you are smell sensitive. Also it's not very helpful to the people who are suffering from sleeping disorder or going through depression.You must do some mediation, yoga or some workout for better sleep.

Pathetic smell like someone has opened stale socks near by and bad worst smell ..cant sleep with it . . Also it didnt help me to sleep at all!! Do not buy waste of money and also over priced ... Not helpful in nerve relaxing insomnia and sleep deprive...
