Oil consistency is moderate that is not very thick nor dilute. My father has some joint pains from so many days so I did massage with this oil and it worked well inuf. It provided quite a relief so I would suggest continuous use of it. Tablets are also beneficial so u can eat that too for faster relief.

it's useless and does not relief in pain as promoted so largely. Oil is like any other ordinary oil, nothing special and the capsules are painkillers, that too with ginseng which can harm people with high BLOOD PRESSURE, anxiety...please buy with caution.
