Non-greasy and very light formulation. Smell of camphor is mild so you can massage and go out ithout smelling like a box of camphor. I feel this a reliable product and log-term use shall benefit in muscle cramps etc.I apply it to my mom and would recommend this product.

As someone who has been using Ayurveda thailams for many years now, I can say that this is a very effective oil for muscle cramps and joint stiffness. For those reviewers who were disappointed about the oil being coconut oil and not til or sesame oil, please understand that most of the Ayurveda oils use coconut oil as their base. The word Kera will be in the description. If the base is not coconut oil, then it will be mentioned as Tila or Eranda or the equivalent Sanskrit word. Hope future buyers find this info useful. Also please note that for any Ayurveda oil to be effective, you need to slightly warm it before use. It should match the body temperature and not the room temperature.
