I must say this product has amazing fragrance,it's little heavier because of the filling.Read the manual then use it if you will use it directly it doesn't work at all so read first and use it.Use it gradually then you will know the results.

This product has no effect on low back pain for which I have used it following Manufacturer direction. I have asked the company to provide documental evidence about: 1. On what basis the product has been manufactured? Is it a research based product? 2. Have you ever conducted Clinical trial following the permission of Regulatory Authority? 3. Do you have any publications in any reputed Biomedical or Clinical Journal? 4. Do you have permission from Regulatory Authority to sell it for patients? 5. On what basis you have a "non-refund" policy for this unrealistic product? 6. What is the scientific explanation and documents in support of your claim that it will cure pain? 7. Everybody knows that relief from pain can be possible for few min by keeping the painful area on hard surface with heat/cold. 8. Being a medical product the Company must write all the above informations with documental evidence of their claim or stop the selling of this to cheat people. I am asking the Company to prove the efficacy of this product in pain relief.
