From day one the glucometer did not work. It began showing sugar levels less than the normal range and someone from Beato called me because of that. I was advised to reinstall the app on my phone. Again it continued to show levels far below the normal level. I was told some technician would get in touch with me but that never happened. It is highly unreliable.

This product is showing wrong results, whatever may the time of testing ie. PP, Fasting, Random it shows only reading of 185which is 43points higher than the labtest
