The delivery was fine, there was no defect with the bottle or the contents. The shampoo, on the other hand, is like a 3.5 out of 5. I had a lot of hair fall when I first started, but eventually it lessened. Hair did feel pretty good, and I didn't really have a problem with cleanliness; although there's no lather unless you wash twice. I have a dry/medium scalp and honestly I'd say try it. It's not bad.
