We got taken it by the Shea butter in the shampoo. I needed a shampoo that was soft. This shampoo dried the hair and scalp. To top it off, I tried this shampoo in summer, the weather was not dry. Using the shampoo as handwash as it is too expensive to be thrown out.

Expensive and doesn't hold a candle to some of the l'oreal ones that I've been using in terms of usability, value and experience. It's thick but doesn't provide the same smoothness to hair and is a task to squeeze out. I have used it 2-3 times so far and have had to back it u up with another in the shower every single time.
