I am a regular user of this shampoo as it is GOOD and this is the 6th/7th time I am ordering it from Silkrute but the Silkrute carton/box in which the product came was open on delivery. The bottle is sealed inside but the packaging box was open.I was shocked to receive an open package/box by Silkrute for the first time. I am a regular customer and this has never happened.
