Hi Kiran," I liked all the mama earth products but I think it's too early to give rating for the products. I need to use them a few more times before could say they are affective. I can write about the service. Overall I am happy with Silkrute. Team has been responsive and I got all the products in good condition. There was a delay which I understand given the Covid situation we have worldwide. However, there was not an upfront communication on the order status. I had to follow up to know where is it, if it has been dispatched or not. I think there should be proactive communication by the support team when there is delay and also once order is dispatched. I got the tracking number only when I sent an email asking for order status. Hope this will be worked upon in future and other customers do not have to stress about the lateness in the delivery. One thing I could suggest is to add more products. Thanks for your service.
