I use it now as my regular shampoo. I was using the himalaya anti hair fall shampoo. My hair fall has stopped but I am a big time fan of that shampoo so still use it sometime. This shampoo works great for thinner and damaged hairs. Again no harmful chemical and budget friendly so based on my experience I would recommend to use it. Both the conditioner and the hair cream of this range are good and based on the hair texture and condition they can be used along with this shampoo.
