Himalaya products in general are very good and we don't have any complaints with the shampoo.However, maybe due to transit, the shampoo leaked out of the bottle and smeared to the bottom of it. It's not a huge issue but if Silkrute or seller can do something to fix it, it will definitely be a better customer experience.

I am a regular user of Himalaya products. Quality is very good. This month's delivery from is disappointed me. Because of packaging of the product. The cap of the shampoo was not properly in tight position. For this some amount of shampoo spilled into the box I found this when I have opened the box. in Previous months the cap was usually locked properly and Silkrute additionally tapped it.
