This shampoo is really good for hair thickness. Dilute shampoo in same quantity of water and apply. Don't apply shampoo with out diluting. Not only this what ever shampoo you use shouldn't apply without diluting with water.

I am an admirer of the forest essentials face products, and thought of trying their shampoo's. Underwhelmed by the product - Great cleanser - but does nothing to smoothen the texture or make the hair look/ feel better after use. Not worth the amount.
