I was skeptical about it's ability to cleanse and get rid of grease from the scalp. It turns out that it does the job of a shampoo just like the liquid ones, and left my scalp and hair clean, even after oiling. However it is fragrance-free, where as I prefer that my products have some kind of perfume in it.
