I received a fake product. When purchased from the site I was satisfied with the product. Claim yourself to be fortunate if you receive genuine product. I say things simple and plain, however I don't intend to offend anybody here...I am just expressing the way it is. No filter... No sugar coating.

It leaves a white residue in my hair. Due to its weight, the cream does create an illusion of greater volume and thickness. But I didnt like that the residue was coating the hair and making it feel rough. Perhaps my hair has to be curlier for me to use this product. I dont know if my wavy hair feels too weighed down by this. The ads show people with really big and curly hair and perhaps in those cases its useful. Dont use it if yours is only mildly curly. It removes frizz effectively but thats because the hair is so wet and heavy. I couldnt achieve the soft airy curls that the models show. Mine was at best, swirling around in a mildly attractive way. If the ingredients do some good, I will be happy that its not an entirely lost cause.
