Product is awesome. Detangles your tangled hair which results in less hair fall than usual. It smoothens the hair very well. Long lasting when used on damp hairs. But the packaging of the product by loreal itself can be improved however that is not such a big deal. Packaging by amazon is as usual very good. I'm happy with the product.
