The 1 star one’s are always displayed last.Hello everyone, pls read my whole review to avoid the situation that I have faced. Even I usually do not read such lengthy review. But I’m sure this helps.I've recently ordered the ONION hair oil (hairloss, thinning and dull hair) from Silkrute. But, I received a different product which has different labels stating that the onion oil is for Extensive Hair growth, Volume Boost and scalp repair. So, in order to check if there's any misunderstanding from my end, I've searched for this product on your website but I did not find any product labeled "Extensive Hair growth, Volume Boost and scalp repair" oil. And on Silkrute they show the exact same photos, product description and ingredients of the ONION hair oil (hair loss, thinning and dull hair) as on the original website. I really feel deceived. I will link the images for reference. Unfortunately the product cannot be returned. So instead of thinking that we get to save some 200 rupees, it is better to buy on their actual website to avoid such situations. Now I have a loss of 600 rupees.I wrote to the company regarding my concern, now I’m waiting for their response.
