It has a weird odour to it unlike the other beard oils which usually have a distinct smell.Does make the beard soft and it stays that way for at least 1-2 hours. It is a little greasy but if somebody is looking for a beard oil just to use overnight, this should be alright. Also considering the price point, this product is way cheaper than the ones in the market.
