Couldn't notice even a slight improvement in Anxiety with this product. Maybe people are getting placebo effect or it may work for some. But it didn't work on me. Quite disappointed, it didn't reduce stress nor it improved sleep as some people claimed in the review section. It is useless for reducing Anxiety.
