I had vitamin b12 deficiency. And I wanted a vegan option. So I decided to go with this melts, falling for the description they have given. But after 3 months of dosage, my b12 has reduced even more than the last. Now I feel it is better to go by a doctor's recommendation, you can ask for a vegan option if you want to the doctor.

It has CYANOCOBALAMIN instead of methylcobalamin, which is not recommended. I used these melts and they gave me very bad mouth ulcers. Whole mouth (gums, tounge, cheeks, jaw) were files with rashes and ulcers after a week's usage!
