You can see visible difference after 4-5 days in your health and mental state. Packing is ok (mine was defective as tin lid was loose and box remains open all time) also it is over priced as alternatives are available. Can be tried once.

Without any warning they have changed the amount of b12 which used to be around 1000mcg as far as I rmemeber this much quantity is needed to maintain a healthy level and also to reverse a deficiency. The 2.2mcg or 300mcg in multivitamin forumulas are useless that is why there is 1000mcg and even 1500 and 2000mcg tablet.People who regulalry use this won't know the difference as earlier with the 1000mcg one your deficiency probably got reversed and you have a healthy levels. I just happened to read the label and found it was different. I had the old box to compare and found the old box had 1000mcg. Its a shame this company is openly scamming its customers and there seems to be no recourse as 2.2mcg is also an acceptable amount but it generally in mutlivitmain formulas.
