Its value for money, contains 525mg EPA & 400mg DHA. Won't say easy to swallow. Because initially I was scared seeing such a large capsule. Other wise its good and has many heart, joints and eye related benifits. Along with that it is helpful in COVID as well for immunity, I guess.
