I ordered these pills since I am on a vegetarian Leto diet and sometimes that hinders my ability to get Omega-3s and good fats with a low LDL from my vegetarian diet. Many people advised me to eat fish but the taste just repels me. Thats when I researched a bit and found these Fish Oil pills from True Basics! I received the package about 3 weeks back but waited to use them and then see it these work at all!! And my god, they do work! I did not expect to see tiny bit of result in the first couple of months. My nails are stronger, the skin is less flaky and my hair have a beautiful shine!! Ive received compliments on my hair already - and theres no other product that I am using apart from my regular mild shampoo and conditioner. I consume the pill every morning with a glass of lemon water without sugar or honey. Add to that, I also avoid carbs throughout the day. At this price point, I would recommend it to everyone who needs a bit of shine on their hair. These pills are true value for money :)
