Coming to the product," The main intention of using this product is that Regular intake of Omega 3 help in controlling bad fat levels, improving joint flexibility & mobility and boosting brain & eye health. Am having a worst and very rare situation with my eyes that, my eyes will become very dry soon after waking up from bed and to provide them some nutrition i used these gels and have to say that the problem was decreased gradually

I am writing this review after consuming omega 3 capsule for 30 days. Recently, I joined the Gym was looking for some supplements to improve my physical endurance. Then, my gym trainer introduced me to Truebasics ultra omega capsules. I bought this and had it every day. After a week, I felt some improvement, my performance in the Gym has been improved a lot. I don't get tired as I used to be in the early days of my gym. I can feel more energy in my body. You guys must give it a try if you feel lethargy. Omega is good for our heart and blood vessels. Got it today. Nice packaging. But the softgels are opaque and one of the ingredients is methacrylic acid. I don’t think is safe for human consumption at all. Checked it out- its used in enamel paints and is highly corrosive. Unfortunately this product is non refundable so throwing it in bin.
